While we hope our players never need to make a claim, accidents can happen.
If an incident occurs, please follow the steps below:

⚠️ What to Do in the Event of an Incident

  1. Notify the Club President as soon as possible
    (preferably within 24–48 hours)
  2. Document the details of the incident and provide them to the Club President
    • In person, or
    • Via email: [email protected]
  3. Lodge a claim through the Tennis Australia insurance provider:
