Join Sunshine Tennis Club and enjoy a friendly welcome along with:
- Unlimited use of tennis courts during open hours, subject to availability
- Unlimited participation in daily organised social tennis groups
- The chance to play in organised competitions (a competition fee is usually payable)
- Membership of the Howrah Community Centre which has a licensed bar
There is a fee of $5 per court per hour if you play under floodlights after dark.
The fee for casual players playing with a Club member is $10 per court per hour.
Our membership runs for 12 months from the date that you join.

Sunshine participates in Ticket to Play, a Tasmanian Government initiative designed to reduce the cost of sport membership for eligible children. Ticket to Play provides two vouchers worth up to $100 each for children years who are listed on a Services Australia Health Care or Pensioner Concession Card or are in Out of Home Care. Sunshine is also part of Veteran Wellbeing Voucher Program, which is supported by the Tasmanian Government.
We welcome bookings from casual players and court hire is $20 per hour (plus $5 per hour for floodlights after dark).
