Competition Tennis

In 2023-24, Sturt had 8 teams playing against other clubs in 4 competitions. Each team played with 4 or more players.

Women's Mid-week Grasscourts Tennis Association (WMGTA) on Thursday Morning

Last season there were 2 teams of 4 or 5, playing 3 x 9 game sets of doubles in Division 2 & Division 3
Besides some great tennis, it's a fun, social way to spend a Thursday morning (play usually finishes by 1pm).

Contact Rebecca Mitchell (Women's Captain) if you are interested in playing in 2024-25, or about joining the practice session late Monday afternoon.

Saturday Morning Men's Lawn Tennis Association (SMMLTA)

Last season there were two doubles-only teams (Div-1 & Div-3) and two singles & doubles teams (both Div-3). Two teams from this association were Grand Final Winners in 2023-24.
