RULES, BY-LAWS, CODE OF CONDUCT
As a member of South Hawthorn Tennis Club, you agree to comply with the Club’s:
- Rules of Association (Constitution)
- By-Laws

- Tennis National Australia Policies (scroll further down)
Our By‑Laws outline the practical rules that help keep our club welcoming, fair, and well‑run. They cover membership, court access, competitions, and respectful behaviour. These By‑Laws are newly introduced under our updated 8th December 2025 Rules, which now gives the club the ability to adopt By‑Laws
Further the Code of Conduct reflects the values of fairness and respectfulness and helps ensure a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.
Members may download a copy of Rules, By-Laws and Code of Conduct documents on this page. (You will be required to login to your membership acccount to gain access)
