Just a quick update following the AGM and SGM held recently.

AGM Highlights

• Ross (President) presented the 2025 Annual Report
• Membership steady at 519 as of 31 October 2025, with strong participation across Competitions, Club Championships, Social Tennis, and Coaching Programs
• Celebrated the 10‑year milestone of our Clubhouse
• Facilities improvements completed: Repainting of clubrooms, new trophy display, refurbished lighting poles, and upgraded drainage pits on courts
• The club remains in a solid financial position. (Covered in Treasurers Report and Financial Statement)
• Looking ahead in 2026: Planning for the club’s 100‑year celebration, investigating refurbishment of courts 5 and 6, and implementing a new court lightcontroller system.

Committee Elections at AGM

The following positions were confirmed for the coming year:

- President: Ross Hudson, Vice President: Andrew Verduci, Secretary: Helen Lew, Treasurer: Will Tang

- General Committee: Bing Zhang, Jeff Greening, Sue Davey, Dylan Edgley, Rod Bernabe, Merran Siddens

SGM Highlights

• Members voted to approve the updated Club Rules (Constitution), which became effective on 8 December 2025 
• The updated Rules allow us to adopt By‑Laws and make things clearer around membership, fairness, etiquette, competitions, and visitors.

All updated documents — including the Rules, By‑Laws and Code of Conduct — are on our Policies & Governance page, and we encourage all members to read them.
