The 2024 Annual General Meeting was held at the clubhouse on Tuesday the 26th November 2024.  Click here for the agenda.

Ross Hudson presented the annual report which highlighted the major activities of 2024.

• 28% of members responded to the membership survey held early in the year and as requested, communication between the committee and members has improved significantly.
• Completion of club membership database review and integration with the membership application and renewal process was achieved.
• Ongoing courts & grounds and facilities maintenance, including net replacements
• Ongoing negotiations with City of Boroondara regarding court light control system with new system planned for first half 2025  

Paul Katz presented the Treasurer’s Report, highlighting the club’s healthy financial position which will support future major court maintenance and enable the proposed  crt 5/6 pavilion development.

After 29 years of service on committee, Sue Davey chose to withdraw her nomination to allow all other candidates to be elected. The club sincerely thanks Sue for all her years of valuable service.

Sue will remain as the Coaching advisor to committee.
