To all Members,
Just a quick note to let you know our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 4:30PM on Sunday 23rd November 2025 at the Clubhouse.
We've attached the official Notice and Proxy Form with all the details. If you can’t make it on the day, you’re welcome to fill out the proxy form and nominate someone to vote on your behalf. Completed forms must be emailed to [email protected] by 4:30PM on Saturday 22nd November.
This year, Paul (Treasurer), Thomas (Vice-President), and Rod (Committee) will be stepping down and will not be renominating. We’re incredibly grateful for all they’ve contributed. If you’re interested in joining the committee or learning more about what’s involved, we’d love to hear from you. Please email [email protected]
Nominations close at 4:30PM on Sunday 16th November, and nominees must be financial members who hold a Working with Children Check or are willing to apply for one.
It’s a great way to support the club and help shape its future.
