It may take up to HALF AN HOUR after booking before the booking code allows access to the courts. Allow time between booking and the start of your game.

The code works from 15 minutes before your booking starts, to 15 minutes after the booking finishes. It will not unlock the gate at any other time.

Wrong Price Charged

MEMBERS NEED TO SIGN IN TO GET MEMBERS’ PRICES using the login you used when you paid your subscription.

It seems that members signing in using multiple methods, typically by email and social media, can confuse the ClubSpark system used for bookings. Two sets of contact details may my created, one with membership privileges and one without, so a member may be charged non-member prices. To avoid this, we recommend using one consistent method to sign in.

Card Not Accepted

THE BOOK-A-COURT SYSTEM DOES NOT ACCEPT AMEX CARDS. Please use another credit card.

Lights Not Working

The lights will come on automatically when the sensor deems it dark enough, regardless of whether you paid for lights or not, but ONLY IF YOU ENTERED YOUR PIN TO ACCESS THE COURTS.
