Redhead Tennis Club

At Redhead Tennis Club all members and visitors are welcome to arrange to play tennis whenever and with whomever they choose. For those that are looking for someone to play tennis with or against their are several times each week when social tennis is played. For the most part the organised social tennis is aimed at those with some tennis experience. People who are new to tennis might prefer to begin with some lessons with Schofield's Tennis School. Non-members are welcome to attend any of the social tennis sessions, however, the $5 visitor fee (per visit, in addition to any other fee) applies.   
 

Tuesday morning - On Tuesday mornings there are a group of members playing Men's doubles from 8:30 until around 11:00am. After the tennis is finished, players usually retire to the clubhouse for coffee and a biscuit. For further information contact Ian on 0427 269 033 or the club on email. 

Thursday evening  - On Thursday evening from 7pm until around 9pm the club runs a social doubles session (Men's, Ladies, and Mixed doubles). The cost for members is $5 per session which covers the cost of lights and balls. For further information contact Mark on 0482 974 242 or the club on email. 

Saturday afternoon  - On Saturday afternoons from 1pm until around 4pm the club runs a social doubles session (Men's, Ladies, and Mixed doubles). For further information contact Ian on 0427 269 033 or the club on email. 

Court hire - The club offers court hire from 7:00am to 10.00pm, seven days a week, 52 weeks of the year. Got a mate or family member that are keen to have a hit, hire a court and away you go. Contact our booking officer Stuart Dawson on 0412 448 119 to arrange court hire.  

If you plan to play regularly, or even occasionally, it is well worth becoming a member as members do not pay a hire fee (only an hourly charge for lights). If you want to know more head to our membership page by clicking here.
