It was great to see so many clubs in attendance.

We elected a new committee for 2022/23 and welcomed some new faces. Sadly we also farewell Penny who has been the backbone of the committee for many years and wish her well on all the travels she has planned for the future.
The Treasurer's role is yet to be filled and we are seeking a suitable volunteer to assist us in this role.

Presentation by Tennis Victoria - Kelly Smith (Regional Manager) & Georgia Wise (Club Development Officer)
Georgia introduced herself as the new Club Development Officer for our region and encouraged clubs to reach out to her if they need any assistance.
Kelly introduced herself as the Tennis Victoria rep in charge of implementing the Child safeguarding officers and Member Protection officers at clubs. She explained we all have a role to play in protecting children and creating a safe environment for children at our clubs. She presented a condensed version of her Child Safety program and encouraged all clubs to reach out for help in implementing this at their club.
