Grants Coordinator

Identify, apply for, and secure grant funding on behalf of the Officer Tennis Club

• Commitment: approx 1-2 hours per week

Team Manager Coordinator

Oversee the Team Managers each season and work collaboratively with our Junior & Tennis Development Coordinators to ensure the Team Managers are equipped to undertake their role.

Marketing & Sponsorship Coordinator

Develop and manage marketing strategies and sponsorship arrangements across all sections of the Tennis Club.

Events & Fundraising Officer

Responsible for managing all club events and fundraising initiatives, and support sponsorship activities

• Commitment: Approx 1-2 hours per week (increasing during event/fundraising periods)

Volunteer Coordinator

Responsible for ensuring that the club has enough volunteers available to support the day to day operations. This role will include recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers for a variety of roles throughout the club.
