Dear NWTC tennis family

 I am very pleased to announce that NWTC is the recipient of a Community Energy Grant from the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources. The grant approves and funds the installation of a 10kwh Solar Panel System  valued at $12,000 for the Club.  As you know we have been going down an energy efficiency path with the installation of LED court lighting. This has proved to realise savings of about 50% on our energy bills to date. The solar panels should help us reduce our energy costs even further towards a zero-bill goal. Every dollar we save on energy costs can then be put back into our facilities.
