Booking process: All court bookings for members and visitors are handled via ClubSpark using the booking schedule on this page. The minimum booking time is 1 hour. Just select the court and time you wish to play and you will be directed to login to your existing ClubSpark account or register a new ClubSpark account. After completing the booking, you will receive an email (and SMS if option is selected) with your booking confirmation and PIN code to access the courts and/or lights. The PIN code is a one-time code that will be active 15 mins before your booking time and expire 15 mins after.
Members: Sign in to your ClubSpark membership account to book (court booking are free for members). Members are entitled to invite 1 guest (per playing member) free of charge. Should additional guests be desired, a per person guest charge is payable. E.g. A single member inviting 3 friends for doubles would be required to pay for two extra guests. Please add the extra guests only as “Players” under the booking (i.e. just two of the guest players in the above example). Payment for the guests will be taken via Stripe.
Public Bookings: Select the court and time you wish to play. You will be directed to register for a free ClubSpark account - just a few basic contact details are required. You can then use your ClubSpark account for future bookings.
Accessing the courts with the PIN code: The main gate is fitted with a smart padlock. Enter your PIN code and then press the lock button which is at the bottom-right corner of the keypad. The lock will emit a tone to indicate successful code entry and light will flash blue. Pull down the lock to release the shackle. When leaving, be sure to secure the gate and push the shackle back into the lock. It will relock automatically.
Booking Lights: Lights are charged at $5 per hour per court for members and $10 per hour per court for public bookings. To book lights, you must first book your court and then make a second, separate booking for the lights for the same time as your court booking. Just choose "Lights Add-on - Court 3" or "Lights Add-on - Court 4" from the booking schedule. The booking will include payment of the lights charge via Stripe. You will receive a second, separate email/SMS with the PIN code for the courts lights switch box which is secured with a separate smart padlock. The lights switch box is on the outside wall of the clubhouse facing the courts and is clearly labelled. Access the switch box using the PIN code provided and switch the lights for your court. Please be sure to switch off the lights after play and relock the switch box.
