Macedon Ranges Tennis Association

The Macedon Ranges Tennis Association (MRTA) is a voluntary organisation whose aims are to encourage, promote and govern competition tennis throughout the Macedon Ranges region of Victoria, Australia.

The MRTA is proudly affiliated with Tennis Victoria and the Victorian Country Tennis Association and coordinates tennis competitions for all age groups within the community, including Friday/Saturday juniors competition, Saturday afternoon open competition, Wednesday evening women’s and Thursday evening open competitions.

We adopt the code of conduct and rules of tennis as docmented and espoused by Tennis Victoria and Tennis Australia.

MRTA is committed to Child Safegarding and has a zero tolerance approach to any form of child abuse and are committed to ensuring the sport of tennis is a safe and friendly environment for children and young people. It is imperative that children and young people who play our in competitions feel safe, included and supported. We will ensure that child safety is embedded in our organisation’s culture, reflected in our policies and procedures, and understood and practiced at our organisation and affiliated clubs.
