PROGRAMS:
SOCIAL TENNIS
Morwell Tennis Club has a great group of Social Players who play twice a week. Monday and Friday mornings from 9.00am -12noon.
We welcome anyone of any age or standard to play. A Membership fee of $40.00 per year (if you are not already a club member) and a $2.00 per session fee is applicable.
JUNIOR COMPETITION
Our junior members play in the Latrobe Valley Tennis Association competition on a Saturday morning from 8.30am to 11.00am during summer (Term 4 and 1). The competition includes 9 sections, Section 1 being the highest.
Sections 6 to 9 use Hotshots modfied balls, green for sections 6 and 7, orange for Sections 8 and 9.
To be eligible to play Junior Competition you must be enrolled in school (primary or secondary) as of October. If you have left school you must be 18 or under.
SECTIONAL PLAY NIGHT TENNIS
Sectional play night tennis offers you the flexibility to play when you are available, as part of a structured competition without have to form a team or commit each week. We welcome all standards & ages.
Our Autumn Comp begins at 6.15pm each Tuesday evening and will run from the19th of March to 21st May 2024.
Light finger food is provided, soft drinks & bottled water are available to purchase.
