Rules and Information on Court Bookings
To make an on line booking through Book A Court you will need to sign in or register. Members playing during daylight hours can book for free (as long as they sign in using their registered email address). Non-members and Members booking for night tennis will need to pay on completion of the booking (members pay for lights only, no court booking charge). Please allow up to 30 minutes for your booking to be activated.
When your booking has been completed you will receive a personal 4 digit PIN code on screen and a confirming email and SMS. Your PIN code will unlock the gate (and activate the lights at sunset). Upon arrival at the courts enter your 4 digit PIN code and push the # button (which is located below the number 9 on the key pad) the gate will then unlock. This is the only time you will see your PIN number. Your PIN code will operate 10 minutes prior to your booking.
Bookings cannot be extended after you have started playing. You would need to make a separate booking and allow 30 minutes for the booking to be activated.
When making a booking use the 'Add Player' feature so that we can have accurate recording of all players.
LIGHTING: All evening bookings include lighting. Lights will turn on once your PIN is entered and the light sensor records insufficient light. For the lights to work, please ensure your PIN has been entered at the gate, failure to enter your PIN will result in the lights not operating for your booking. The lights will turn off 10-15 minutes after your booking time to allow safe exit from the courts.
REFUND POLICY: Bookings cannot be edited, however you may cancel your booking at any time by logging into your account. Cancellations made up to 1 hour before your booking time will receive a refund to the card provided at the time of booking. If you cancel within 1 hour of your booking, it is not refundable.
Please ensure that you close the gate on entry for security to be maintained.
