Our Cardio Tennis programs have been created to cater to your fitness level, tennis skills, and what you want out of a session.

 

What it includes:

At McKimm Tennis our cario programs are 60 minute sesions on all days of the week but weekends! This 60 minute sesion is followed by a set of a singles or doubles game!

 

What to bring

🎾 Racquet – If you don’t have one, no worries, we can provide one

🎾 Wear runners and comfortable sports clothes

🎾 Wear a hat and sunscreen

🎾 Bring a water bottle
