BYE-LAW OF THE MARGARET RIVER TENNIS CLUB INC.
THE USE OF COURTS BY MEMBERS, GUESTS & VISITORS

A. MEMBERS may use the courts without payment of a fee at any time except during times of championship finals, night tennis competitions and any other club events as determined by the Committee of Management.
B. MEMBERS playing organised social tennis will pay a Member playing fee as per the Ball Fees Schedule
C. VISITORS playing organised social tennis will pay Non-Member Fees as per the Ball Fees Schedule
D. GUESTS of a member must be accompanied by the member and must pay a playing fee of $10 each for each adult playing guest to be collected by the member, placed in an envelope and posted in the clubs court hire slot adjacent to the captains set board.
E. NIGHT PENNANTS players will pay ball and light fees per fixture according to the Ball Fees Schedule.
F. VISITORS booking a court will pay $25/hr per court and book online at https://play.tennis.com.au/MargaretRiverTennisClub. A gate code will be emailed to gain entry to the courts.
G. MEMBERS & VISITORS wishing to use courts at night time outside of pennants nights may pay a lights fee (Fri-Mon during playing season). There is a coin operated light system located near the clubhouse door. Light Fees are applicable at $2 per 15 minutes of play. Please deposit $2 coins to turn on lights for courts #1 and #2 – multiple coins can be inserted. (These courts may be used instead of the court that has been booked)

1. Non-members and visitors may play for 6 fixtures only at the cost set out in the Ball & Visitor Fees Schedule.
2. To play more than 6 fixtures, an appropriate level of membership is required to be paid.
3. Permanent members of a Pennant team must be full or Country members of the Club.
This Bye Law is to be reviewed annually by the Management Committee prior to commencement of the season.
