On Wednesday 11 January 2023 refurbishment of the Maleny Tennis Court surfaces was completed.

These works which were made possible by a grant from Sunshine Coast Regional Council's Major Grants program involved contractors using equipment to reinvigorate the synthetic turf on all 4 courts and then applying additional silica sand.

Club President Neil Stenhouse said after playing on the refurbished surfaces on Friday that players were very impressed with the improvement to the courts. Comments included how the ball bounce had become more consistent and that the courts felt slightly softer underfoot.

The work was carried out by Sportzing Sunshine Coast Pty Ltd.
