The Club's Annual General Meeting will be held  Sunday December 4th at 4pm. We are still on the lookout and would welcome nominations for new committee members.

Positions up for nomination are:

President, Treasurer, Secretary, Junior Coordinator, Thursday night Coordinator, Ladies Competition Coordinator,  Grants Coordinator, Fundrasing Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator, Website/Membership Coordinator, Events Coordinator, Club Room Coordinator, Social Tennis Coordinator

If you would like to discuss become involved with the committee, either in one of the roles listed or as a General Committee Member, please reach out to current President Liz O'Connell this week on 0437 032 964 or by replying to this email. We would love to hear from you as we need more members to volunteer their time. Or just turn up tomorrow and throw your hat in the ring.

Please endeavour to come down at 4pm this Sunday as we need enough members in attedance to run the AGM. The AGM will be short followed by the presentation of Club Trophies from the recent Club Championships as well as the John Christmas and John Tadd Perpetual Trophies.
