OCT - CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS 2024 - 5 October ONLY

The Liston Committee is delighted to announce the dates for the 2024 Liston Club Championships.

Saturday the 5th of October - 9am to 7pm.
Sunday the 6th of October - if required, to complete the Club Championships if play is not completed due to inclement weather on Saturday.

The Club Championships is a time for the Liston community to come together, get on the court, have fun and meet a few of your fellow club members. The committee encourages all of our members to register and take part.

All events are subject to adequate numbers of registrations per event (at the discretion of the Committee);

Women’s Singles
Women’s Doubles
Men’s Singles (potentially two grades subject to registration numbers)
Men’s Doubles (potentially two grades subject to registration numbers)
Mixed Doubles (any age)
Boys’ (Under 18 on 01.01.24)
Boys’ Doubles
Girls’ (Under 18 on 01.01.24) Singles
Girls’ Doubles

NOTE :

Members only event
Events will consist of pool matches followed by elimination finals.
Cannot enter both Boys/Girls and Men’s/Women’s
A separate entry form will be required for each entrant
Format of matches/sets is to be determined once registration numbers finalised.
$20 fee for singles, $15 fee for doubles per player. Fees are non-refundable if the event proceeds.
Indicative schedule (subject to change after the registration period concludes):
All events on Saturday
Finals on Saturday late afternoon / early evening

The Draw will be available on the Club Website in the week leading up to Friday 4th OCT

NOV 24 - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - Monday 18 November

We invite all members to attend the Liston Tennis Club Annual General Meeting.

Annual reports from office bearers and financial statements will be presented. All office bearer and committee member positions will become vacant and open to nominations.

We are seeking nominations from our members for the general committee. We would love some representation from parents of juniors and those who would like to get involved with the planning for our 100-year celebration. If you or anyone you know is interested in filling a position please be sure to attend and nominate.
