Cardio Tennis embraces a "Play Your Way to Fit"  philosophy, empowering individuals to make meaningful choices that align with their goals and motivations.  It is more than just a fitness workout, and is more holistic and inclusive of an individual's personal, social, and emotion needs.

You will be coached on improving your technique, footwork, and fitness for your tennis game.

Each session costs $22, runs for 45 minutes with a maximum of 8 players per class.

Wednesday - 7:30-8:15pm 

Thursday - 7:30-8:15pm

Friday - 5:45pm - 6:30pm (Beginner/Lite)
