Entries for all current members are OPEN - we are trialling online entry this year, making it easier for you to enter as many events as you like, and automatically links to your UTR. Entry is $10 per person, which covers all balls and associated costs, as well as BBQ for all the days. Good value!

Common questions answered:

Q. Do both partners in doubles need to enter?

Yes - everyone playing in the club champs must enter their own events, and enter the name of the person they wish to play with. The system then matches the team up once both have entered. If you wish to play but dont have a partner, simply click the "Partner Wanted" button.

Q. What age category do i fit in?

Great q - Junior events are under 18 (as at 22nd March) and Veteran events are 55years and older (again as at 22nd March). ALl others are anyone can enter - we are hoing to see under 18s enter the Adult events as we know there are very strong juniors at the club.

Q. I dont know which event (A or B) to enter.

Choose the one you think you most likely fit in - we have the ability to alter this as needed, and will be looking at entries to ensure theres a good match up of skills in each A and B level.

Q. Do i need to attend the working bee this Sunday to play Club Champs?

KTC runs purely on volunteers - all hands are welcome at the working bee this Sunday 1st March from 3pm, but its not a mandatory requirement in order to play.

Q. Im having trouble with my account when entering the Club Champs. What do i do?
