Week 2: Topspin Backhand, Slice Backhand

Week 3: Combination Groundstrokes & Rally Work

Week 4: Forehand & Backhand Volleys

Week 5: Serve, Return Of Serve

Week 6: Groundstrokes & Overhead Smash

Week 7: Consolidation Of All Shots & Target Practice

Week 8: Tactical Areas & Point Structure

Whether you are starting tennis for the first time or wish to return to tennis after a long break, this could be just what you need to get you back to or on the court!

Together with our Club Professional, Dane Bennett and his team of coaches, Kensington Gardens Lawn Tennis Club are offering Adult Beginner Coaching on Tuesday Mornings at 10am – 11am commencing on 24th October 2023 Term 4 and Thursday evenings from 6pm 26th October 2023.

Each session will run for 1 hour. Bar will be open on Thursday evenings for drinks after play
