Cardio Tennis
Our Cardio Tennis streams have been created to cater to your fitness level, tennis skills, and what you want out of a session.
Cardio Tennis is the energised way to learn and play tennis for people of all ages and abilities. Sessions are run by qualified coaches who personalise activities to suit the motivations and abilities of each individual, so you feel comfortable to progress at your own pace.
Adult Group Coaching
If you're looking to learn the game in a funbased block of sessions then our Beginner and Intermediate courses might suit you
If you're a beginner you'll learn how to hit a forehand, backhand, volley, smash and serve giving you a knowledge to ultimately join Social or competition doubles. Classes will cover the common tennis strokes and basics of doubles play and positioning, with the primary focus on learning how to rally.
