Competition Play
Jamberoo Tennis Club is a member of the Kiama-Shellharbour District Tennis Association (KSDTA) and fields competitive teams in the men's night comp, and ladies' night comp, ladies' day comp and junior mixed comp. These competitions are a joint venture with other local clubs including Kiama, Minnamurra, Gerringong, Albion Park and Oak Flats.
Men's Night Competition plays on a Wednesday night (Divisions 1 and 6) or Thursday night (Divisions 2-5) from 7pm. Jamberoo Tennis Club's coordinator for men's night comp is Ryan Stalgis - if you are interested in playing in the men's night comp, please contact Ryan on 0423 593 149.
Ladies' Night Competition plays on a Monday night (Divisions 4 and 5) or Tuesday night (Divisions 1, 2, 3 and 6) from 7pm, while Ladies' Day Competition plays on a Thursday (Divisions 1-3) from 9am. Junior Competition plays on a Saturday morning (all divisions) from 8:30am. Jamberoo's coordinator for junior comp is club coach Andrew Parker - if you are interested in the junior comp, please contact Andrew on 0407 029 731.
Adult competitions are doubles format only and operate twice per year, with the summer comp usually running from February through to June, and the winter comp usually running from July through to November. Junior competition is a mixed singles and doubles format and also operates twice per year, with the summer comp usually running from October through to March, and the winter comp usually running from April through to September.
