Guest Fee - $5 for non-members playing with members.
Night Times - The commencement of night times vary as dictated by the sunset / light quality time. Based on system requirements, times are changed at 30 minute intervals throughout the year.

Racquet Hire Booking and Payment
Please transfer $10 to our bank account: Earlville Sports Club BSB: 633 000 - Acc: 219 444 700. Send screenshot of payment to [email protected]. We will then provide you with the padlock combination for the tennis racquet cabinet (see last photo below for location). Orders for Racquet Hire must be made before 6pm each night. Please allow at least 3 hours notice from sending the above email to receiving the padlock combination.
Booking Cancellation or Change Booking Time
To cancel a booking, go to “Manage Your Bookings” link at the bottom of your Booking Confirmation email.
To change the booking time, cancel the booking and then make another booking.
Gate Operation
There is up to a 10 minute delay from the time of making the booking to the Gate Pin code being accepted by the gate. We encourage bookings to be made in advance of arrival at the courts.
The gate will accept the Gate Pin code 15 minutes prior to the booking time.
