Enfield completes first group parkrun

Early on this pleasant Saturday spring morning, six energetic ETC members took on the 5km challenge of Lochiel parkrun.

Lochiel parkrun takes place along the River Torrens in Campbelltown as one of 11 parkruns around Adelaide every Saturday morning at 8am. Parkrun is an international movement that encourage friendly, grassroots running and walking to all willing participants on a volunteer basis.

Maybe the more popular part of the morning!

The members recovered from their trevails with a pleasant breakfast at Cafe Brunelli Glynde. They might yet wake up sore tomorrow and experience the longer-term effects of the runner's bug.

Congratulations to everyone involved!
