Juniors competition

Beginning juniors play inter-club competition on Saturday mornings while more advanced players compete on Friday nights. Matches typically take two hours to complete and usually consist of one doubles and one singles set per player.

Seniors competition

Inter-club Saturday afternoon seniors competition is available for adults, as well as teenagers wanting to transition from juniors competition. Matches consist of one doubles and one singles match per player and take approximately four hours to complete (earlier finishes are negotiable).

The club is open for seniors training sessions on Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

Social tennis

Our social tennis events run on Thursdays between 7pm and 9pm during the following months:

  • February and March
  • May and June
  • August and September
  • mid-October to mid-December

Social tennis is structured to be flexible and not-so-serious. It is suited to occasional hitters looking to take a step towards competition, people looking to return to tennis, and players of competition in lower divisions.

Social tennis is free for all members or $10 per visit for visitors.  For further enquiries, please contact the Secretary.

 

Coaching

Heath Johnston provides coaching services at Enfield Tennis Club. Heath is a Tennis Australia Accredited Junior Development Coach.

Coaching is highly recommended for all juniors interested in learning how to play tennis. You can contact Heath  to enquire about the types of coaching and prices available.

 

Court hire

Enfield Tennis Club provides court hire through an online Book a Court system.

Members enjoy cheaper court hire rates. Social membership is available for $60 and can be purchased through our website (see: Become a Member).
