A round-robin team format with 2 males and 2 females in a team. Each player plays three sets per night. 

Competition Schedule:

Term 1:  27/1/26 - 31/3/26 (10 weeks)

Term 2: 21/4/26 - 30/6/26 (11 weeks)

Term 3: 21/7/26 - 22/9/26 (10 Weeks)

Term 4: 13/10/26 - 16/12/26 (10 weeks)
