First time booking? You will need to follow the prompts to create a ClubSpark account. Email [email protected] if you have any issues accessing your account.

Access to the courts - When you have booked a court online you will receive a pin code to enter into the entry gate next to Court 1. Your pin code will take 20 minutes to activate, so please book at least 20 minutes before the time you want to access the courts. The PIN will expire 10 minutes after your booking time. If the gate is already open or unlocked, you must still enter your PIN prior to entering the venue. Failure to do so may result in other automated services such as lighting not operating for your booking time.

Court Lights - Court lights will automatically turn on when you enter your unique PIN at the entrance gate next to Court 1. Your PIN will be emailed to you as part of your online booking confirmation.

Private Coaching is NOT allowed at CGTC - Courts may be booked for personal use only. Booking courts for commercial use or on behalf of other parties is strictly prohibited unless approval is sought from and granted by the Committee. Coaching is restricted to our contracted provider, MTC, and non-sanctioned coaching presents insurance and liability risks. Penalities may be applied to those conducting private sessions.

Court Availability - Online Bookings can be made 7 days in advance. The tennis courts are open 7 days a week from 6:00 am to 11.00pm. Due to high demand, court bookings are limited to a maximum of 1.5 hours per person per day.

Gear Hire - We do not offer balls or racquets for hire so you will need to bring your own.
