First time booking? You will need to follow the prompts to create a ClubSpark account. Email [email protected] if you have any issues accessing your account.

Accessing the courts - When you book a court online you will receive a PIN code to enter into the entry gate next to Court 1. The PIN will take 20 minutes to activate after you book and expires 10 minutes after your booking time. Please enter your PIN even if gate is already open.

Court Lights - Court lights will automatically turn on when you enter your unique PIN at the entrance gate next to Court 1. Your PIN will be emailed to you as part of your online booking confirmation.

Private Coaching is NOT allowed at CGTC - Courts may be booked for personal use only. Booking courts for commercial use or on behalf of other parties is strictly prohibited unless approval is sought from and granted by the Committee. Coaching is restricted to our contracted provider, MTC, and non-sanctioned coaching presents insurance and liability risks. Penalities may be applied to those conducting private sessions.

Court Availability - Online Bookings can be made 7 days in advance. The tennis courts are open 7 days a week from 6:00 am to 11.00pm. Due to high demand, court bookings are limited to a maximum of 1.5 hours per person per day.

Gear Hire - We do not offer balls or racquets for hire so you will need to bring your own.

Discounts for Schools & Community Groups - A 25% reduction in court booking fees is available for secondary schools and community groups during school hours and school terms. A 50% reduction in court booking fees is available for primary school during school hours and school terms. Please email [email protected] for any enquires.
