Have a Hit Friday
4:30pm-6pm
During Term 4 and recommencing in Term 1 of the following year.
Supported by platinum sponsor, Busselton Toyota.
Have a Hit Friday is a very popular weekly event - a fun-filled afternoon of learning and socialising, followed by a sausage sizzle for our junior players aged 4 to 16 years and their families.
Busselton Tennis Club is dedicated to promoting the sport of tennis among all age groups. With a strong focus on youth development and fostering a sense of community, the Club, in conjunction with the Coach, Calum Macaulay (Tennis South West), offers a range of programs and events to nurture tennis talent and passion for the sport in the Busselton area.
At the Opening Day, platinum sponsor Busselton Toyota, provided 10 free Junior Club Memberships which were presented by Simon Fairbrother, General Manager. Platinum sponsors DT & WM Johns (Regd. Builders) sponsor the Junior Club season. Over 150 juniors and their families along with club volunteers attended the opening event with many playing on the grass courts or socialising on the veranda with friends.
The Club is committed to fostering a social environment and love for tennis at any age and we look forward to seeing young players and their families continue to enjoy the opportunity to participate in future 'Have a Hit' Fridays. Junior Club Members attend for free, and visitors for $5. Racquets available on the day and the clubhouse and bar open from 4pm.
BTC Club Member and Volunteer, Graeme Bracken, has recently been appointed as the Club's new Junior Coordinator. Graeme will be available on Fridays to answer any questions and assist with Junior Membership, if required.
