On 2 October 2024, Robert Breust, Club Vice President (pictured on the right) received the prestigious 2024 Tennis ACT's Beyond Bank Volunteer of the Year Award. 

Robert received his award due to his long service on the Club Committee and significant contribution over the years, particularly in the last five years during the club's transformation.

More recently Robert has been doing much of the electrical work on the new clubhouse and anything else he can lay his hands on. 

As the author of the award application wrote: "Robert Breust is one of a knid, the kind of volunteer whose contribution is priceless, the kind of volunteer every Club would love. Thank you Robert".
