• When you book online you will receive a pin code that you can enter into the gate to gain entry...remember to press #
• Players are permitted to use their pin code to access our site no earlier than 10 minutes before scheduled play time and should vacate no later than 15 minutes after scheduled play time. Anyone breaching these conditions will be warned and any possible further breaches can result in membership cancellation and/or suspension from club and court hire.
• Guests or members must be nominated on your booking (look for "Add Players" to register their names)
• Pets, skateboards, bikes, scooters are not permitted on the courts or clubhouse area.
• Pets are permitted on the grassy area outside of the courts (in the carpark) only and must be on a leash and they must be securely tethered whilst unattended.
Booking Fees
Members
DAY : $10 per hour
Non Members
DAY: $30 per hour
Court hire minimum - 1 hour.
Anyone playing at the facility must agree to BTC Terms and Conditions.
Please note that we have been advised that synthetic courts need regular usage to reduce mould buildup which can make the courts slippery, dangerous and unplayable.
Courts 1 & 2 have always been the preferred courts for hire and as such results in minimal mould buildup, so in order to increase more usage of courts 3 & 4 and to reduce mould buildup, we have temporary closed off courts 1 & 2 from being hired.
