But we also want to take this opportunity to thank the tower of strength that is Cindy Power. Cindy stepped down at the AGM from her vice president role, after many, many years of working hard to make our club fantastic.

Starting with the club in about 2008, Cindy helped then junior co-ordinator Angela Talbot and Marie Tognela, in the role of parent support for coaching the juniors. She later took on the full coaching role of the younger juniors in 2012, and soon after took on the job of Club President. She was club president for 6 years, in which time she initiated the replacement of the kitchen at the clubhouse; was instrumental in replacing the hard courts with a tile surface, and general upgrade of the club itself. She has done a mountain of work at the club, and we would very much like to thank her for her monumental efforts. Thanks Cindy!!!
