How do I hire the ball machine?
To hire the ball machine, please book and pay for your court first.
After booking, contact:

to confirm ball machine availability and access.
Do first‑time users need to provide notice?
Yes. First‑time users must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before using the ball machine.
Can I book a court for less than an hour?
No. Online bookings cannot be made for less than 1 hour.
How do I access the courts after booking?
We have introduced a new court access system that enables automated gate and light access.
Please read the instructions included in your booking confirmation email carefully as they contain your access details.
What do I need to do when leaving the court?
Before you leave, please ensure:
- The padlock on the main gate is closed
- If you opened the clubhouse, toilets, or eastern court gate, they are securely locked
- Any keys used are returned to the correct lock box
- You scramble the lock box code after returning the key
