How do I hire the ball machine?

To hire the ball machine, please book and pay for your court first.

Do first‑time users need to provide notice?

Yes. First‑time users must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before using the ball machine.

Can I book a court for less than an hour?

No. Online bookings cannot be made for less than 1 hour.

How do I access the courts after booking?

We have introduced a new court access system that enables automated gate and light access.
Please read the instructions included in your booking confirmation email carefully as they contain your access details.

What do I need to do when leaving the court?

Before you leave, please ensure:

• The padlock on the main gate is closed
• If you opened the clubhouse, toilets, or eastern court gate, they are securely locked
• Any keys used are returned to the correct lock box
• You scramble the lock box code after returning the key
