Is court hire available to anyone, or just members?   Court hire is available to anyone.  However, members can play for free during the day but need to log in to their account to be able to book at that rate. 

How much does court hire cost?

• Members day hire - free (minimum 30 minutes)
• Members night hire - $10.00 per hour (minimum one hour)
• Visitors day hire - $10.00 per hour (minimum one hour)
• Visitors night hire - $15.00 per hour (minimum one hour)

How do I know which courts are available for booking? The court hire app on our website conveniently shows a live picture of all current and future court bookings.

Where do I pay for court hire? Payment is made online at the time of booking. 

Will I need a key to access the courts? No. When you book you will receive a nine digit pin code to use the smartlocks. Instructions on how to operate the locks are at each gate. Note that for bookings for Courts 1 and 2 your code will only work at the Court 1 Gate. Bookings for Court 3 the code will only work at the Court 3 Gate and bookings for Court 4 the code will only work at the Court 4 Gate. For daytime bookings disregard the eight digit light code

How do the lights operate for night time hire? If you book a court for night time play you will receive an additional eight digit code. This code needs to be input into the Neptune keypad located near the second door to the clubhouse under the verandah. The lights are fully automatic and turn on and off five minutes either side of your booking.

Do you offer racquets / balls for hire? Unfortunately, we are unable to provide these.
 

What do I do if people are already playing on the court I have booked and paid for?  Our members are all aware of our reservation system and acknowledge the precedence of paid hire over free hire.  We provide receipts with all bookings made through our website and you can easily verify your booking on your device if you are unsure!

Is it worth becoming a member of Bellingen Park Tennis Club? Absolutely!

Is playing tennis with my friends really that much fun? Yes, it is!
