By placing a booking, you agree to:

1. Be respectful of all other members or visitors using the courts, and acknowledge that antisocial behaviour as determined by the Banyule Tennis Club Committee will result in being prohibited from making future bookings.

    

2. Treat the venue and all its facilities with care, and accept responsibility and liability for any and all damage to the venue caused by you, including but not limited to the courts booked and specific facilities used for the duration of your booking.

    

3. Be responsible for the locking of the court’s front gate via the interlocking of the analog and digital padlocks as you exit the venue following completion of your booking, and in such a manner that the courts are inaccessible without use of a physical key or PIN code for the analog and digital padlocks, respectively.

    

4. Only use the facilities at the time, date, and courts specified, and for the duration of your booking, and no longer, nor without due payment having been made and processed. If found to have breached this condition, you agree to be charged an additional fee in proportion to the extra time spent at the venue relative to your initial booking.

    

5. Use the courts for recreational purposes only, and will not attempt to provide professional services from the courts without express written permission from the Banyule Tennis Club Committee.

    

6. Provide supervision to any accompanying child under the age of 12 at all times while at the venue, and will not make bookings on behalf of any child under the age of 12 for which you will not be present.

    

7. Make use of the venue and its facilities in a safe and cautious manner at all times, and acknowledge that Banyule Tennis Club is not responsible nor liable for any injuries sustained, nor for damage to your personal property incurred while at the venue.

    

8. The possibility that your booking may be cancelled at any time and for any reason by the Banyule Tennis Club Committee, for a full refund.

    

9. To ensure that any and all members accompanying you to the venue, including but not limited to those listed as part of your booking, will comply with these terms and conditions, and that you are liable for any breach of these terms and conditions by each and any of these persons.
