3. Cash and cheque payments are also accepted.

If paying by eftpos, cash or cheque please download and complete the MEMBERSHIP FORM and return it to  info@ballaratlawntennisclub.com.au or a member of the committee.

Your membership cannot become active until we receive these details and your payment.
