Our 18 courts are currently designated as hard courts by Tennis Australia but are synthetic clay.

Classic Clay is an Australian innovation by Grass Manufacturers who hold a world wide patent over its unique properties.

The courts play like European clay. Similar to Victoria’s most installed surface, en tout cas (porous), these courts provide uniform bounce over all of the surface, and allow player slide and the ultimate in player comfort.

Built in 1947, the clubhouse was also used for many years for badminton.

Major renovations in the 1980’s saw a lowered ceiling, revamped kitchen, new toilet block, new work shed, and a full paint over.

Capable of providing comfortable dining for 80 people, the clubhouse has regularly been used for functions.

In recent years a Pro Shop has been added for the resident Tennis Professional Coach to operate.

Resurfacing of bank 1 & 2 courts was completed in January 2018.
