Ashburton Uniting Church Tennis Club offers non-members the opportunity to hire our courts for casual use.

Court Hire Fees:

• $30 per hour (daytime only)

How to Book:

• Send Trent a text message at 0439 979 319 with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.
• Provide your name along with preferred day and time.
• You’ll receive confirmation of court availability and fees payable. Once court is confirmed, please transfer fees to:

Access:

• Once payment is confirmed, you’ll be granted access via a lockbox containing the court key fob. The combination code will be updated daily.

Key Fob Policy:

• If the key fob is lost or stolen, it will be deactivated. You will be charged for a replacement, and future bookings may be restricted until the charge is paid.

Important Information:

• Court hire is subject to availability.
• A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for booking.
• Cancellations allowed up to 3 hours before booking time.
• Refunds allowed only if the court is unplayable due to wet weather. Cancellations within 3 hours of the booking time are eligible for a refund; otherwise, no refunds will be given.
• Payment must be made before the court can be booked.
• After use, please ensure the court is watered and bagged.
• Upon leaving, ensure the gate is closed and return the key fob to the lockbox.
