All junior members of AUCTC are eligible to join Weekend Competition teams.

Summer (Terms 4 & 1) and Winter (Terms 2 & 3) competitions are played in the Waverley & District Tennis Association

• Saturday: 8:15am to 12:15pm 
• Sunday: 8:30am to 12:30pm 

Competition generally runs between 2 to 2.5 hours

Format of Play:-

• President's Cup to B grade: teams consist of 2-3 players per match, playing best of 2 sets (singles and doubles match)
• C Special to D grade: teams consist of 3 players per match, playing one singles and two doubles matches each

Competition is for 14 weeks duration plus a final series. All matches are home and away with approximately half the matches played at Ashburton and the rest at opposition clubs. Teams are usually structured allowing players rostered days off.
