Membership Renewals

As we approach the start of the new membership year, we want to thank you for being part of our club community. Your continued support helps us maintain our facilities, run programs, and provide a welcoming tennis environment for players of all ages and abilities.

The 2025-26 membership season begins on 1 July. Memberships run from 1 July to 30 June each year. From the 2025-26 season, a joining fee will apply to all new or lapsed memberships. Renewing on time by 15th July ensures you remain active and exempt from this fee.

You'll soon receive a separate email with a link to renew your membership via ClubSpark.

In the meantime, here's a quick overview of the renewal process so you know what to expect:

How to Renew Your Membership

  1. Click the renewal link in the email.
  2. Sign in using the email and password you used to join.
    • If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" option.
  3. Once logged in, click your name in the top right and select 'Profile'.
  4. Scroll to the 'Membership' section, choose your category, and click 'Renew Now'.
  5. Choose your payment method:
    • Credit/debit card (preferred) - your membership will be active immediately.
    • Bank transfer - this will be manually processed and may take up to 7 days.

Once payment is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Student members - please reply to the confirmation email with proof of eligibility.

Changing membership category? Please email us at ashytennisclub@gmail.com before renewing so we can update your record. This will also help you avoid the new joining fee.
