Club Rules

During COVID-19 restrictions, all users of the courts are encouraged to use the provided hand sanitiser on arrival and departure from the courts.

As a courtesy to the next players using the court, before departing at the end of a booking, players are asked to use the provided brroms or mats to rake off rubbish and respread the sand across the court.

Children under 12 are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
 
Do not use courts for any sporting activities except tennis unless you receive prior approval from the Committee.
 
All players are to book through the Club's court booking system  to ensure that courts are available and that the correct fees are paid. 

The main gate to the court precinct should be closed after entry by booked players.  

If the gate is open when you arrive for your booking or you are one of several groups arriving at the same time, please ensure you enter your booking code before you enter.
 
If using  the clubhouse, please leave the facilities clean and tidy (cleaning materials have been provided and are located throughout the clubhouse).  Items left in the fridge by users for more than a week may be discarded if the fridge is required to store event items.
 
If you have rubbish or recyclables please place them in the appropriate bins beside the clubhouse.
 
Turn off internal clubhouse lights after use and close the door. It will lock automatically. External lights are controlled by a timer.

The gate can be open during approved events such as Social Sunday, Racqueteers and Pennant tennis but otherwise should be closed after each entry. The toilet in the clubhouse is not a public toilet and keepinmg the gate closred signals to the general public that the toilet is not generally accessible.

No smoking inside the boundaries of the courts and clubhouse.
