Ainslie Tennis Club Guidelines

To ensure an enjoyable and respectful experience for all members and guests, we kindly ask that you follow these club guidelines:

- Groom the court before you leave: Please use the brooms or mats provided to clear any debris and evenly spread the sand for the next players.

- Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

- Tennis only: Our courts are dedicated to tennis play unless specific approval is granted by the Committee.

- Book before you play: All players must use the online booking system to confirm court availability and pay any applicable fees.

- Keep the gate secure: After entering, close the main gate behind you. Always enter your booking code—even if the gate is already open.

- Clubhouse courtesy: Leave the kitchen and toilet areas clean and tidy. Items left in the fridge for more than a week may be removed to make space for club events.

- Bins provided: Please dispose of rubbish and recyclables appropriately using the bins beside the clubhouse.

- Lights and doors: Turn off internal lights after use and ensure the door is shut. It will auto-lock. External lights operate on a timer.

- Gate etiquette for events: During approved group sessions like Social Sunday, Racqueteers, or Pennant tennis, the gate may remain open temporarily, but please keep it closed outside these times.

- Private toilet: Clubhouse toilets are for players only. A closed gate signals this to the public.

- No smoking within court or clubhouse boundaries.

- Follow all posted signs for everyone’s safety.
