Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully before checking “I agree” and purchasing any services with Wyong District Tennis Association Inc, known as Wyong Tennis, Registered ABN Number 65424404158. 

• I (or my child) will participate in activities, including, but not limited to: on-court tennis drills, match play, fitness drills and multi-sport activities.

• There are inherent risks involved with all these activities. I choose to voluntarily participate in this (or allow my child to participate). 

• I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage or personal injury, which may be sustained as a result of my participation (or my child’s). 

• Players accept the risks involved if training is conducted on wet synthetic grass courts. Sessions will be cancelled if the risks associated with playing on wet courts is considered too great. 

• Refunds & Makeups - All payments for services must be paid in advance. All fees are non-refundable. No refunds can be provided for termly classes for absences, wet weather or extreme heat. Where possible, a makeup class per term will be offered to players. No sessions can be carried over or credited to the following term. 

• Wet Weather & Extreme Heat Policy - All junior classes will continue to run in varying weather conditions unless it is considered unsuitable to conduct the lesson on that day. In some cases, we will combine indoor with court activities. 

• A text message notification will be sent to the phone number on the enrolment should it be determined, that sessions will be cancelled. 

• Players will be offered a makeup class for all classes cancelled because of wet weather or extreme heat, however the class(es) may not be on the same time/day as the original enrolment. 

• Photo/Video Consent - You are providing consent that we can use any images or videos of you (or your child) from classes for the sole purpose of promoting Wyong Tennis services. All photos will remain the property of Wyong Tennis and will not be shared or used for any other purpose.

• Tennis NSW Membership – All players under 18 years will receive a FREE GREEN 12 month membership with Wyong Tennis. This gives this member FREE use of the courts for hire on Sundays (conditions apply) as well as Personal Sports Accident Insurance, priority ticketing to Australian Open and Australian Open Series Events, and Ability to compete in Tennis NSW sanctioned tournaments and competitions
