Dianne Smith

Director/Coordinator/Coach

Tennis in the Smith family was the number 1 sport.

As a junior, Dianne was Association Junior and Open Champion at the age of 14 and held the title for four years. As Dianne achieved success in different sports, she hung up her tennis racquet for a Scholarship at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra for Netball.

Her passion and talent for a variety of sports and recreation became her career path - designing and coaching programs for tennis, soccer, netball, SCUBA Diving, Kayaking, sports development and health & fitness, for children and adults throughout Australia and Overseas.

Dianne has worked in Recreation Management for more than 20 years, in SA, QLD, Indonesia and Egypt.

She now contributes to the Western Tennis Academy as the Coach of the “Little Tackers”, and acts as administrator for the business.
