COACHING/COMPETITION/COURT USE
Exclusivity:
The Coach has exclusive rights to provide professional coaching services, pro-shop, re-stringing service at the Club. Both members and non-members of the club will be permitted to access this service. The Committee of the Club will conscientiously monitor for third party Service Providers or members who appear to be coaching (i.e. have a basket of balls etc) on the premises and prevent or stop such behaviour.
Court Use
The Club Coach will have access to provision of coaching services on courts allocated by the Club for Coaching purposes as follows:-
(a) Number of courts: 2 courts per day/night
(c) Times:
The users of the courts must vacate the Coaching courts during the above periods if the Club Coach so desires, and the Club will ensure that this occurs.
In the case of special circumstances, such as limited courts due to water restrictions, the Club and the Club Coach shall meet and negotiate the use of courts.
Club Competitions and Court Scheduling
Each club competion will have a court roster to be read with the following:
* In the event of both Club Competion play and the Coach requiring the courts for Club Coaching - Club Competion players will have first priority subject to clause below
* If the Club Competition is as per Association Rules, a One (1) court competition then coaching will be able to continue on One (1) court as per 'Court Use' provided there is a court available.
Example A: Two (2) courts are available, there is One (1) Competition team scheduled - Both Competion and Coach use One (1) court each
Example B: Two (2) courts are available, there is Two (2) Competion team scheduled - Coach ceases coach for that time
Example C: Six (6) courts are available, there is Three (3) Competition teams scheduled - Coaching begins on One (1) courts and competition begins on the 3,4,5 courts available
Members and Guests (non members)
Members bringing guests must register guests on booking form at a cost of $5 per 30 minutes per guest.
As the club is unstaffed and run by volunteers, the club relies on the honesty of our members to ensure guests are accounted for on bookings and the associated fees are paid.
Memberships are not transferrable to other people
Members may only book courts for their own personal use only. Member must be in attendance for the court booking
Casual Court Hirers
All non member bookings incur a fee to book courts for play
Lights
Any bookings that require lights will be reflected in the court booking schedule

Bookings available during the day and night with lights automatically turning on.
It's easy to book one of our tennis courts. All members and casual players just need to simply see which court is available and book it online. You'll receive an email with your unique PIN so that you can gain entry.
Courts open from 8am till 11pm
