Cardio tennis

Come and join us for a fun, fast paced cardio tennis session.

When:   Mon 7-8pm & Thurs 6-7pm

Coast:  $15 per session

Cardio tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels, especially beginner and intermediate tennis players. It brings together a variety of cardio workouts and tennis drills, along with some high-energy tunes.

What to bring:

  • Tennis racquet
  • Water bottle
  • Wear your running shoes and comfortable sports clothes.
