Our Cardio Tennis Program is for males and females who are looking to improve their fitness in a fun and friendly environment, whilst they simultaneously improve their tennis skills.

Will cardio tennis program suit me? 

Yes! All Cardio Tennis sessions are open to players of all ages and abilities. 

 

How long does each session last for? 

Each Session last for 60 minutes. That includes warm up and cool down activities. 

 

Do I need to be good at tennis to play? 

No, the best part about our Cardio Tennis Program is that you do not have to have ever played tennis before to get involved! Our coaches are trained to mix up the activities to cater for all skills and fitness levels. So while its great for beginners, more experienced players will also have a great time. 


Private Lessons 

Book in for some one on one time. Each session is individualised to help you better your tennis. Private coaching sessions are available for beginners, intermediate or advanced players.
