Racquet Sports NSW - HotShots Tennis Pathway   
The HotShots Tennis Pathway is a fun, progressive program designed to help kids develop tennis skills at their own pace. Using modified courts, racquets, and low-compression balls, the pathway ensures players build confidence while learning the game.

• Blue Stage (Ages 3-5): Introduces basic motor skills and coordination in a fun, engaging way for our youngest players.
• Red Stage (Ages 5-8): Focuses on foundational tennis skills using smaller courts and low-compression balls.
• Orange Stage (Ages 7-10): Develops rallying, gameplay, and technique on a mid-sized court with orange low-compression balls.
• Green Stage (Ages 9-12): Enhances technique, strategy, and match play on a full-sized court with green-dot balls, preparing players for traditional tennis.
